  I made an appointment by walking in a few weeks before. My appointment was for a checkup and cleaning. When I got to my appointment, I saw the dentist (Dr. Premier, who was great) within a half an hour then was told no cleaning was scheduled. The dental assistant said that the front desk had been forgetting to schedule cleanings with appointments, they said they could fit me it "soon". An hour later I was still waiting and was told it would be another 20 minutes. This is very frustrating for someone who took time if of work to attend this appointment. In addition, when I was checking in, the receptionist belong me was in her cell phone, which was very unprofessional. The admin staff here needs some training.
