  Beware when staying at this hotel! My brother prepaid for his stay a few weeks ago. He checked into this yesterday. Last night he noticed this hotel charged his account for an additional 3 night stay again. I also checked in yesterday for a 3 night stay. Today my account shows I am being double charged for my stay. I went to the front desk and spoke with the manager (Kim) who was extremely rude and told me my bank could call them if this is not fixed. It is Friday afternoon (after 6pm). I tried to explain my frustration and she responded well this happens all the time with hotels. I travel a lot for work... being double charged for an entire stay doesn’t happen all the time!! She then responded they were made aware of a “system” glitch today. She interrupted me several times and once said to me WELL are you going to let me talk? I was the one trying to politely voice my concern. I will never stay here again.
